Yoga is a vast subject, containing many aspects to be
savoured and enjoyed over a lifetime. Everyone can learn and benefit,
whatever their body type, personality, or situation in life.
As understanding develops and the practice matures,
there will be a realisation that all Yogas flow into one another.
Whichever branch of Yoga you choose to practice, the
ultimate aim remains the same: "Yoga chitta vrtti nirodhah"
